The Kiwanis Club of Sacramento meets every Wednesday via Zoom (we will return to in-person meetings once it is deemed safe). We meet from 8am-9am the first three Wednesdays of the month - and if there is a fifth Wednesday - and from 7pm-8pm on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Contact us for more information about meetings and joining us as a guest.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Our club hosts a number of events throughout the year that serve to bring the community together while raising funds for the many programs we support. 100% of all proceeds raised at Kiwanis Club of Carmichael community fundraisers is put back into the community.
Koobs Nature Area Public Open Days - 1st Saturday of each month, March through October, 10am-2pm
The Koobs Nature Area is open each month for families to visit and kids to participate in science and art activities with a monthly theme. Koobs is a 4.7 acre nature reserve with trails and ponds and lots of areas to explore. Koobs and the monthly activities are free and run by the Kiwanis Club of Carmichael as a signature project. The themes for each month are:
March 5th - Seasons
April 2nd - Conservation & Sustainability
May 7th - Big Mammals
June 4th - Native Plants
July 2nd - Pond Day
August 6th - How Nature Beats the Heat
September 3rd - Bees & Butterflies
October 1st - Alternative Energy
